Exclusive: Ryan Gosling's Faux Tantrum on 'Only God Forgives' Set

Ever wondered about the chemistry between Nicolas Winding Refn and Ryan Gosling? Well, in preparation for the duo's next tag-team flick, Only God Forgives, we've got a revealing behind-the-scenes gem for you.

In the clip (above), Refn is on-set in Bangkok directing Gosling and a Thai police officer (Sahajak Boonthanakit) who is supposed to be "intimidating." The actors are getting ready to shoot a scene in which Gosling’s character (Julian) first meets Chang (the angel of vengeance, played by Vithaya Pansringarm — it’s the first conversation between the two, who are at the heart of the movie's revenge plot; N.B.: Pansringarm is not in the clip).
