1. This dad built a spaceship simulator for his son.

Daniel Sherrouse sure raised the bar for other dads out there. When he found out his wife was pregnant, he started planning an extensive spaceship simulator for his son. After about 10 months of construction, Sherrouse outfitted a 1.5 x 2.4-meter trailer with dashboards, controls, HUDS and equipment to mimic a spaceship cockpit. Most of the parts aren't functional, but you can play Pioneer Space Simulator on one of the screens
