It boasts legions of fans and continues to generate fresh content, including the eagerly anticipated, big-budget sequel to the 2009 Star Trek movie reboot. Rod Roddenberry, son of Star Trek mastermind Gene Roddenberry and series actress Majel Barrett, has partnered with Wikia to launch the first-ever Roddenberry Entertainment-sanctioned Star Trek portal.
