The only legal way is through March Madness Live, a digital offering from the NCAA and its broadcast partners, CBS and Turner. March Madness Live streams to your laptop or desktop computer, or can be accessed via mobile apps for iOS and Android

To access the full slate of tournament games, you'll need to provide cable login credentials. But you can watch just the CBS games — including many of the juiciest later round match-ups — for free without providing login credentials. (Games will also be broadcast on TNT, TBS and TruTV.) Unlike in previous years, however, there is no option to simply pay for full access if you don't have a cable login
