Vertus Luxury Android Smartphone Costs $10,000


British luxury handset designer Vertu has launched the new Vertu Ti, an Android smartphone with a price tag of 7,900 or $10,569.

The 3.7-inch smartphone doesn't impress when it comes to the regular list of specifications: a dual-core, 1.7 GHz SnapDragon S4 CPU, Android 4.0, 1GB of RAM, 64GB of storage memory and an 8-megapixel camera.

It does, however, shine when it comes to the cost of materials used -- crystal and titanium, and it's all handmade by a single craftsman in England from 184 parts.
