Who Interviewed This Crawfish? And Why?

A photo of a crustacean mid-interview with a reporter's microphone has caught the attention of the Internet.

Were they talking about the fish-cal cliff? (Sorry.) An outcry over the lack of claw-friendly mobile devices on the market right now? Is it for or against Instagram -- and what filter is the best for underwater photos? Did it get the new Myspace? Who is in its top eight?
