Solar Wind Brought Water to the Moon [VIDEO]

We know there's water on the moon. That's been established a few years now, but nobody knew exactly how to explain it. According to a new study, it may have come from the sun.

Researchers from University of Michigan, the California Institute of Technology and the University of Tennessee made the discovery by studying lunar debris collected by the Apollo missions to the moon. Their study, published today on Nature Geoscience, concludes that solar wind is the most likely cause that can explain why water is present on our satellite.
