Tuesday is National Voter Registration Day, and what better way to convince the millennial generation of their responsibilities as a U.S. citizen than with GIFs?

With the help of GIF-master Mr.GIF, MTV has promoted a series of animated images as part of the Power of 12 campaign.

Of course the campaign is a lot more than just GIFs. The goal is to keep 18-29 year olds eligible to vote with the knowledge and power to make an educated decision in the Presidential, Congressional and state races nationwide.

But that doesn't mean we can't appreciate the artwork for grabbing our attention, right?
