Reuters Enlists Popular 3D Animators to Help Share News
News wire Reuters is teaming up with Next Media Animation, the masterminds behind the humorous animations that focus on current events such as Queen Elizabeth IIs Diamond Jubilee and Instagram's Android developments.
NMA's News Direct service -- the more serious branch of the Taiwanese animation studio -- will create about 20 animated news stories each week for Reuters to distribute to its network of publishers starting July 16.
The 30- to 60-second videos will include 3D animations, narration and natural sound.
