Airline Plans to Google Passengers Ahead of Flights




British Airways wants to give its customers a more personalized travel experience by creating dossiers on them, and many have raised questions about the privacy implications in doing this.

The information will include not only data the airline already possesses -- like previous complaints or delays -- but also information from Google Image searches. Theoretically, the flight crew can apologize for mistakes and be able to identify passengers in order to do so.
