How to Get the Online Customer Service You Want




shoppingOnline shoppers are fed up with the customer service they're receiving. In a study of 25 companies, STELLAService found that they provide incomplete answers to customer service questions 46% of the time

Quality assurance company STELLAService used a team of mystery shoppers across the U.S. to send 1,125 emails to 25 of the largest U.S. retailers with basic questions such as "Can accessories be returned to stores?" or "Does this product come in a size 6?". The most common problem was customer service reps didn't answer all questions asked.
