In that time, the Apple wearable has evolved in size and power, and naturally because it's Apple, price. If you're into the idea of having a fitness tracker, an extension of your phone, and all the world's conveniences (or, at least a few more than you're used to) wrapped around your wrist, but aren't into shelling out the max amount of cash, you've come to the right place. Why we like it

The Series 8 was announced only last month, and we already saw it drop $50 last week during Amazon's Prime Day 2. The super savings are gone (for now), so if you're want to save the most money possible, we'd recommend waiting until Black Friday.

But if you want to avoid the chaos of Black Friday, you can still save a tiny bit of cash on this watch that has new temperature sensors, and sensors that can detect when you've been in an accident. If you're currently wearing a Series 7 though, there's basically no difference in processing speeds, battery life, and pretty much every other part of the Apple Watch experience.

The 45mm Series 7 Apple Watch is back to its all-time low of $309. With a large always-on display, plenty of health features, great durability, and quick charge, all for a price that sets under its 41mm counterpart's MSRP, this deal is hard to beat. Both Walmart and Best Buy have the watch on sale, but at the time of writing, Walmart has more color ways available for the low price.

Why we like it

Yes, it's not even a full $10 off, but an Apple Watch's first sale is notable no matter the price drop. And this watch is brand new, so we'll take it. Upgraded from the 2020 SE, this watch has a redesigned back case, crash detection, and the same S8 chip found in the brand new Series 8. Just be aware: it doesn't come with an ECG sensor or a blood oxygen sensor like you'd find in the Series 7, 8, or Ultra.
