Pretty much everyone knows that Apple products and impressive deals don't go hand in hand for much of the year. With Apple coming out with new watches every fall, it may seem like the best time to snag that holiday gift (or upgrade for yourself) is during Cyber Week. But this year, it might not be worth the wait.

Amazon's Prime Early Access Sale is bringing a slew of early Apple Watch deals, minus the stress against fighting an "out of stock" notice right before December. While the sale, which is officially on from Oct. 11 to Oct. 12, is exclusive to Prime members, Target, Walmart, and Best Buy will also be running sales next week. Basically, everyone will be trying to out-deal each other, meaning more savings potential for you.

Why we like it

The Apple Watch Series 8 dropped only last month, and it's already on sale for $50 off. With new body temperature sensors, crash detection, and a low power mode, this watch has some nice upgrades from its predecessor. Seeing a deal this good this early in the shopping season is pretty rare — last year, the Series 7 didn't get a price drop until November, just days before Black Friday, and even then, it was only $20 off.

The Series 7 has already seen a few decent deals this shopping season, but as of Oct. 10, most are out of stock. If you're looking for a GPS-only model, snagging one of the Series 8 deals above will give you more bang for your buck, but if you want cellular capabilities, the 41mm Series 7 is the best deal currently live.
