Set your goals and habits that drive you to your long term targets. Your coach will review results and keep you accountable.

How it works: youll be assigned an accountability coach from our team who youll connect with in the app.

Your coach, an experienced accountability professional, will get to know you, your background and the areas you'd like to work on, agreeing short and longer term targets. Then your day-to-day support begins:

1. Each day you'll be prompted to enter your top daily goals.
2. At the end of the day, you mark which goals and habits you accomplished with any notes, pictures or videos.
3. Your coach will check in to see how you did, give you feedback and help plan the next steps.

They'll also help you implement science based behaviour techniques to drive lasting change.
