What is Medusa?
Medusa is the open-source alternative to Shopify. The solution comes with most of the same standard features as Shopify's backend (e.g. E2E order handling, easy-to-use admin interface etc.) but is build headless and open-source to maximize developer flexibility. In addition, is fixes some of the regular backend hurdles from Shopify such as full multi-regional support (local currency, shipment, and payment options) and fully automated exchange + claim handling
