Add a Eufy video doorbell to your porch for under $70

Save $48.49: As of Oct. 15, the Eufy WiFi Video Doorbell is on sale. Add an extra Amazon coupon to snag it for $69.99, which beats its previous lowest price.

Now is a great time to try a video doorbell — both because the holiday season usually brings an uptick in visitors and because we found a really good deal on a budget-friendly model.

Eufy's WiFi video doorbell is on sale at Amazon for $79.99 as of Oct. 15. That already ties its lowest price ever, but Amazon also has an extra $10 coupon to add.

This particular video doorbell from Eufy captures your door's Activity Zones (your chosen areas for motion detection alerts) through a crisp 1080p camera. HDR imaging automatically adjusts to the time of day to ensure clarity for backlit or low-light scenarios, as well as full night vision. And no, you won't be pinged every time a stray cat makes an appearance — the doorbell uses AI recognition to detect human bodies and face patterns.

You can check out the doorway situation in a few ways: by receiving an alert if motion is detected, getting a facial snapshot of your visitor, or bringing up the livestream on the app or a smart home device. If needed, the two-way speaker allows for conversation without opening the door. Also included is one wireless Chime to put somewhere inside where you may not hear the doorbell otherwise.

The best part: Local storage means that Eufy doesn't require a monthly subscription to view past recordings.
