Xiaomi 11T Pro has a 108-megapixel camera and super-fast charging

Xiaomi 11T Pro charges from 0 to 100% in just 17 minutes.

Xiaomi's T series of phones is typically an interesting take on the company's flagship. Yes, they're supposed to be slightly less powerful, but in the case of the Xiaomi 11T Pro versus the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, which launched in March, the differences are minute.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro (the company recently dropped the "Mi" part of its phones' names) is flat on the front, with a nearly invisible bezel chin on the bottom, making it somewhat reminiscent of Apple's recent designs. The company has even highlighted how flat the phone's 6.67-inch AMOLED display is — a notable departure from the curvy look that's been popular on Android phones in recent years.

The back of the Xiaomi 11T Pro, however, is curvy on all sides, with a plastic back and a big rectangular bump hosting the triple camera.

In terms of specs, it has the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor as the Mi 11 Pro/Ultra. The triple rear camera also has a 108-megapixel main sensor, as well as a 5-megapixel telephoto sensor. The ultra-wide camera has been downgraded from 13 megapixels to eight. Finally, there's a punch-hole, 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

Perhaps the most notable feature on the spec sheet is the phone's 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging, which gets the phone from 0 to 100 percent in an unreal-sounding 17 minutes.

Other features of note include the Harman Kardon-tuned stereo speakers, and the fingerprint scanner on the phone's side. The Xiaomi 11T Pro is available in three finishes: Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue.

Xiaomi also launched the cheaper Xiaomi 11T, which looks pretty much the same, but only has 67W charging and a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Ultra chip.

Finally, there's the 11 Lite 5G NE, which sports a Snapdragon 778 chip with 5G, a 64-megapixel main camera, and a 4,250mAh battery.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro starts at €649 ($767); the 11T starts at €499 ($590), and the 11 Lite 5G NE starts at €369 ($436). They'll all be available in Europe this October.
