The Echo Dot 4th Gen is normally $49.99, but you can score it and the smart bulb for $39.99 (saving you a total of $32.99). The Echo Dot 3rd Gen normally retails for $39.99, but you can get it and the smart bulb for $34.99 (saving you a total of $27.99).

Both the Echo Dots and the smart bulb are pretty easy to set up. You basically just plug or screw them in, open the corresponding app, and follow the onscreen instructions from there.
