A Developer's Account

Hey there I am darsh Kulthia. My aim is to be a backend full stack developer but I want to know that where should I must create an account. Let us take examples of some websites :-

1. dev.to ---- If I have a dev.to account then I am learning many things by different articles.

2. Github.com ---- If I have a github account I can do many collabs etc etc

So, can I get suggestion of different websites where I (or any developer) should must create an account specially those where I can sing up with Github or Microsoft.
