Yesterday, Oxford University mathematician Roger Penrose was awarded a Nobel Prize for proving that black holes could exist. In the December 16, 2018 episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, Penrose riffed on weird physics, cosmology, extraterrestrial intelligence, and quantum consciousness.
