Apple reveals schedule for 'biggest ever' WWDC

Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference will be different this year. 

In March, Apple announced the WWDC will be online-only this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. While likely a disappointment for those who wanted to attend the event, the advantage is that this year, all developers are able to participate for free, albeit virtually. 

Now, the company has released the lineup for the event, which will be held from June 22 to 26. 

On June 22, Apple will have a Special Event Keynote, detailing the updates to all of its platforms that will be released later this year. We'll find out more about new versions of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. Though nothing is certain, new hardware might also be announced at the event; we've heard rumors about a new iMac, as well as an announcement about Apple switching to its own, Arm-based chips.  Read more...
