Buying a game console in 2020

So I have an XBox 360, which is ten years old. Ive been able to get games via online classifieds and Amazon sometimes, but Im realizing theyre harder to find and starting to become more expensive than probably just buying a new console.

Im not a huge gamer, so I have no idea what is the best console out there. PS 4? XBox One? Switch? etc.

For all the gamers out there, whats your gaming console recommendations?
