(More) Women in Tech

One of my podcast listeners asked me why I use the feminine pronouns like "she" and "her" to refer to generic programmers. After all, most techies are dudes. If the trades are to be believed, women hold only 20% of the jobs in tech. So why refer to generic techies as "she?" This podcast is a brief look at how the language we use can limit the way we think.
