In this Fox News clip pulled by Aaron Rupar of Vox.com, impeached and unhinged president Donald Trumpblurts out that he'd like to re-write American criminal law on drug dealing so that it resembles authoritarian systems like China, where people identified as drug dealers are executed.

"Countries with a powerful death penalty, with a fair but quick trial, they have very little if any drug problem. That includes China."
