Beats Solo Pro headphones are beautiful and on sale for the first time

When they first came out in 2008, Beats were that big, ridiculous purchase that you put on your holiday list as a Hail Mary. They were cool and eccentric but looked plastic-y and had too much bass to be enjoyable.

Beats has toned it down and perfected noise cancellation over the years, but many of us are still rocking an old pair because $300 headphones are a lot to replace.
