Amazon's newest Kindle Oasis makes it easier to read at night

Amazon launched a new version of its cheapest Kindle earlier this year, but people with a little more money to spend just got some good news.

The new Kindle Oasis became available for pre-order on Wednesday, starting at a whopping $250. However, for nighttime readers, that price point could theoretically be justified. The big new feature this time around is a warmth slider that will let you add an orange tint to the screen for less eye strain while reading under cover of darkness.

Amazon released a handy image showing exactly how that works and what it looks like.
