A metallic red Instant Pot exists and it's $34 off as part of Walmart's spring savings event

It's clear that we love Instant Pots here, and the only way they could get better is with an expanded color selection. 

Looks like our prayers have been answered: Walmart is selling the very first red Instant Pot we've ever seen — and it's on sale for $34.01 off as part of Walmart's Spring Savings Event. 

Sure, a few other brands offer their slow cookers in red. But those aren't Instant Pots, and that's that on that.

The 6-in-1 Instant Pot Lux is the most basic of the fam, but is basic really an appropriate word for a device that replaces six appliances? It's a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, warmer, and sauté pan. It's also one of the only models that doesn't make yogurt — but if you wouldn't be making your own yogurt anyway, there's no reason to pay for a function you won't use.  (Cough Instant Pot Max cough.)
