Blowing smoke rings or the French inhale (blowing smoke out of your mouth and into your nostrils) are smoking tricks of yesteryear how about vaping smoke through your ear? Pretty impressive, but according to a doctor on Quora, you can only perform this trick if you have "perforated eardrums."
