The best tech of CES 2018

The new year may start on Jan. 1, but it doesn't really begin until CES, the world's largest consumer electronics show, opens its doors in Las Vegas and gives us a grand look at the future.

With over 4,000 companies exhibiting at CES this year, there was no shortage of shiny new gadgets to see and play with. The Mashable Tech Team scoured the sprawling show to find the best — potentially game-changing — gadgets and innovations that are coming. 

The usual suspects — phones, self-driving cars, PCs, paper-thin TVs, robots, etc. — all showed up in full force. But there were also plenty of fresh concepts that, if nothing else, are a gooto dream big. Technology is the engine that makes fantasy a reality.  Read more...
