"I'll keep doing that until I run out of batteries" Tennessee sheriff's deputies torture teenager with stun gun

The above video is hard to watch. It shows a group of Cheatham County, TN Sheriff's Deputies restraining a teenager in a chair and shocking him repeatedly with a stun gun.

The teenager has filed an excessive force lawsuit against the department.

Cheatham County Sheriff Mike Breedlove issued a statement:

As Sheriff, I want our citizens to know that any inappropriate behaviour that may have violated an individuals rights will not be tolerated.

I have placed the employees involved on administrative leave while the investigation is conducted. We will work closely and cooperatively with the TBI and District Attorneys Office to ensure all facts are provided and all angles of this incident are thoroughly investigated.
