Apple is totally redesigning the App Store

Apple is shaking things up in its App Store. 

Specifically, the entire App Store is getting a complete redesign. 

Apple's Philip W. Schiller took the stage at the June 5 WWDC in San Jose, California, to announce the exciting news to a theater full of gathered developers. They were stoked. 

For users, the most immediate and observable difference will be three new tabs: Today, Games, and Apps. The Today tab is essentially the new face of the app store. It will update every day showing new and popular apps. The Games tab will show, well, games. The Apps tab will show all the other apps.  Read more...
