Google CEO just announced that Android has 2 billion users

Google's I/O developer conference is finally here, and the company wasted no time celebrating its accomplishments.

Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai, kicked off the company’s big event by making a huge (and somewhat surprising) announcement about Android usage — according to Pichai, there are now 2 billion active Android users worldwide. 

Okay Google, that's impressive.

In addition to the impressive amount of active mobile device users, Pichai also claimed Google's seven different services — Search, Android, Chrome, YouTube, Maps, Google Play, and Gmail — all of which have one billion monthly active users each. Read more...
