Google Play Music All Access arrives in India, and it's cheap

India's online music streaming space has a new entrant, and it already looks pretty attractive. 

Google Play Music All Access, which features ad-free music streaming, is now available to residents in India. It's offering a free 30-day trial, after which the monthly price will be up to Rs 99 ($1.53). But if you sign up for the service before May 18, you'll get it for Rs 89 a month.

In comparison, Google Play Music All Access costs $9.99 a month in the United States.

In India, Google Play Music All Access, which also offers users the ability to upload up to 50,000 songs, will compete with Apple Music. Spotify remains unavailable in the nation. Apple Music charges users Rs 120 ($1.9) a month for an individual account in India.  Read more...
