Verizon is making its own LTE-enabled watch for Android Wear 2.0

This year could be shaping up to be a good one for Android Wear. We just got an initial look at at the first pair of Android Wear 2.0-ready watches from LG, and now Verizon has announced it's also making its own watch for the platform.

The company showed off a new LTE-enabled watch called Wear24, which will run Android Wear 2.0 when it goes on sale in March.

The watch, which was manufactured in partnership with Taiwan-based ODM Quanta, looks to be a tad less bulky than the LG Watch Sport, which will also be sold by Verizon.  Read more...
