Trump staffers are lying to prove their loyalty

Tyler Cowen, a professor of economics at George Mason University, explains that Trump is ordering his staffers to tell obviously blatant lies to the press and the public - because it's a sure fire way to for a dictator to have control over his inner circle, even if he can't trust them.
