Apple Watch reportedly banned from UK cabinet meetings

If your computer and your smartphone can be hacked by nefarious foreign hackers, maybe you should also be worried about your Apple Watch

That appears to be the going logic in UK government as cabinet ministers have been asked to refrain from brining the Apple Watch into official meetings.

The new policy was reported by the UK's Telegraph, and appears to be an extension of the already established government policy of banning smartphones from cabinet meetings. 

According to the report, at least some of the worries surrounding the device stem from concerns that Russian hackers might somehow use mobile devices to listen in on official meetings. Read more...
