Jet Black iPhone 7 sells out within minutes

If you're wondering which one of the iPhone 7's new colors — the shiny Jet Black or the matte Black — is more popular, ponder no more: The Jet Black version of the device sold out soon after Apple opened up pre-orders on Friday. 

At the time of this writing, pre-ordering most versions of the iPhone 7 in Apple's U.S. store — Black, Silver, Gold and Rose Gold — will get you some sort of delivery date. For most variants, this date will be the iPhone 7's original shipping date, Sept. 16.. Some, like the 32GB Black iPhone 7, say Sept. 26 - 28.
