How this 'Time Machine' can extend the life of your avocados

Naturo has invented a "Time Machine" that can apparently slow the ripening of the avocados. 

The Australian food technology company claims it can switch off the enzymes responsible for browning, extending the shelf life to a minimum of ten days.
