Sanders and Clinton make it Snapchat official

Bernie Sanders has endorsed his Democratic presidential rival Hillary Clinton — and the newly united pair have featured in a Snapchat geofilter to mark the moment. 

The MS-Paint style graphic is clearly aimed at (hopefully for Clinton) former Sanders supporters. But since the filter is only available to people at the event, and a significant portion of Snapchat users aren't old enough to vote, it's unclear what effect it's likely to have.

Sanders officially backed Clinton at an event Tuesday in New Hampshire and little cartoon figures of the pair holding hands in the air were definitely the most exciting part of the somewhat forced speech.  Read more...
