Samsung Galaxy Note 6 might be waterproof and dustproof

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note 6, the stylus-equipped phablet, will be waterproof and dustproof to IP68 certification, SamMobile claims

Launched in February, Samsung's Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge flagships are also IP68-certified, meaning they can be submerged in up to 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.

Another rumor, coming from Dutch website GalaxyClub, claims that the Note 6 might have an iris scanner as well. The report is as thin — it's based on Samsung Mobile importing an "iris cam" into India — but some sort of eye-scanning software would make sense on a business-oriented phone like the Note.  Read more...
