Philips Hue white ambiance smart lightbulbs may help you sleep better

According to The Verge, Philips announced a new Philips Hue white ambiance lightbulb that can shift between an absurd number of different shades of white throughout the day, which Philips says can improve the quality of your sleep.

These bulbs really aren’t for lighting laymen.
