Lookout's Apple Watch app can make your iPhone 'scream' when you lose it

Few things are worse than losing your phone — even if it's just those few seconds when you think you lost it. But a new Apple Watch app may be able to provide a little peace of mind.

Mobile security company Lookout launched a new Apple Watch app Tuesday that aims to keep you from losing your phone (and makes it a little easier to find it if you have lost it.)

The app essentially acts as a digital leash for your iPhone, with a few features that help you track down your phone even if the you are out of range
