Aussie couple get surprise ride in Uber advertising stripper hire

On Saturday night, Christine Green and her husband Robert were off to a birthday party on Australia's Sunshine Coast. They called an Uber and a nice black, shiny SUV pulled up. The only thing out of the ordinary? The bold advertisement for Elite Strippers on the side of the car.

"The irony of it was, we were going to a 50th birthday party with the theme 'bad taste' and we thought that was hilarious," Green told Mashable Australia, following an article by the Brisbane Times. "We couldn't have planned it if we wanted to." 

An Uber user for almost eight months, Green said she and her friends often compete about who gets the coolest Uber car, but now she has probably won the game forever. "I usually get the Datsun," she laughed. Read more...
