Miitomo, Nintendo's answer to social apps, is coming in March

Miitomo is the first of five announced mobile releases from Nintendo and DeNA, and it's coming to Android and iOS in March.

Less a game and more a platform for social interactions, Miitomo gives users a way to communicate using their Mii avatars. It's not clear how the whole thing works, but app lets you pose (possibly pre-written) questions to your friends and use the "Miifoto" feature to take and share photos using your Mii.

The app is coming in March, but prospective users can sign up for the new Nintendo Account service on Feb. 17. Read more...
