F.lux creators ask Apple to open Night Shift features to developers

The developers of f.lux have responded to Apple's recent iOS update that adds a feature called Night Shift, which makes it easier to use your iOS devices at night

In a statement on their website Thursday, the creators of f.lux called Apple's update "an important first step" and asked the company to make it available to developers.

"Apple’s involvement in fixing this problem is a big commitment and an important first step," the company wrote, referring to its addition of Night Shift.

"We’re proud that we are the original innovators and leaders in this area. In our continued work over the last seven years, we have learned how complicated people actually are. The next phase of f.lux is something we cannot wait to ship to the world. Read more...
