I took Arcimoto's all-electric 3-wheeled motorcycle for a spin at CES

LAS VEGAS — When the cab dropped me off at the meeting location behind the Peppermill restaurant on grungy South Las Vegas Boulevard, I worried that I'd made a mistake.

I'd cabbed out to the dreary side of Sin City to meet the men behind the Arcimoto electric vehicle. As I stood there, feeling lost and slightly perplexed, a light but cold rain started falling.

Seconds later, a blue and black thin-roofed trike silently whizzed into the parking lot and two men climbed out and introduced themselves to me: Arcimoto founder and president Mark Frohnmayer and business development lead Jesse Fittipaldi. Read more...
