Experience 360-degree photos in virtual reality with Flickr's new app

We're constantly interacting with photos on our screens. We scroll, we tap, we pinch and drag to zoom. But what if you could virtually transport yourself into the photo, and experience it like you're there?

Flickr's reality app, Flickr VR, does just that. The app works with Samsung Galaxy smartphones and the Oculus-powered Samsung Gear VR headset, allowing you to view Flickr photos in an immersive 360-degree experience.

To install the app, connect your phone to the Gear VR, click the Store tab at the bottom of Oculus Home and swipe until you find the Flickr VR app. Read more...
