Google Play Music is offering a family plan that could trump Apple Music

For those who aren't interested in Apple Music, Google Play Music is offering a new option that might reel in music listeners who are willing to pay for their tunes but want the most out of a subscription plan.

On Wednesday, Google announced the Google Play Music family plan. Under this plan, you and five other family members can subscribe to the streaming service for $14.99 per month.

Subscribers will still have access to the same features you'd get with an individual subscription: ad-free unlimited access to more than 35 million songs and the ability for members to stream simultaneously on any device. Read more...
