GoPro slashes Hero 4 Session price again, now $200

GoPro's Hero 4 Session, the company's smallest action camera to date, is clearly not selling like hotcakes.

GoPro has slashed the Hero 4 Session's price down from $299.99 to $199.99, which makes it effectively the same price as the company's entry-level Hero+. This is the second price drop the Session 4 has received since it launched in July. In September, GoPro knocked the price down from its original $399.99 price to $299.99.

The second price cut for the Hero 4 Session is worrisome for the company, which now offers six action cameras to pick from. The GoPro Hero lineup includes three "entry-level" Hero action cameras starting from $129.99 to $299.99, and three "performance" cameras starting from the $199.99 Hero 4 Session to the $499.99 Hero 4 Black.
