A new project currently fundraising on Kickstarter promises a paper airplane drone equipped with a live-streaming camera that can be controlled by a virtual reality headset

The PowerUp FPV uses technology from Parrot to stream video over Wi-Fi to the operator's smartphone, which is used to pilot the drone via an app. Video can be streamed at up to 300 feet before the drone will automatically crash land itself when out of range. The drone broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network, so you can fly the drone outside. Read more...
